This PCC high rise handguard assembly, coupled with the rear rail riser, creates a monolithic top rail system that allows unlimited use for sights, optics and accessories. This system comes with a unique internal “collar” that encapsulates the barrel and makes for an extremely secure mounting system. The rail riser has a secondary locking mechanism that prevent premature breakdown of the rifle. This lock also guarantees that your handguard top rail and rear rail riser are in perfect alignment every time you reassemble the rifle.

The High Rise Assembly comes with the handguard AND the rear rail riser.
